About School Leaders

Why Study Leadership?
We’ve all known managers or leaders who didn’t know how to lead. Maybe they used a laissez-faire leadership style when a participative style was more suitable, or maybe they didn’t have natural leadership ability and never studied or worked to learn about how to improve team performance through leadership, but if you’re a good leader you’re almost guaranteed a better career.
Understanding leadership means that you can change your leadership model no matter where you are, and utilise your natural leadership qualities to rise quickly through the ranks into subject management, team management, or even teaching others how to lead as a leadership expert, or working with leadership teams to foster self-awareness in new leaders.
